Upload an Excel file with columns Name, Email, Gender, Grade. Name can be one column or separate First Name / Last Name columns. Download the template. Directors can only upload coaches for their own gender; other rows are skipped.
Booking controls
When locked, nobody (including admins and directors) can book or cancel anything until it's unlocked again.
When on, teams can only book once every older grade has finished: 6th grade first, then 5th, and so on down to Kindergarten, combined across both genders (all 6th grade teams must finish before any 5th grade team unlocks). Each team's coach/director clicks "Finished booking" from the Book tab once their team is done for the season.
Danger zone
This permanently deletes bookings and cannot be undone.
