Privacy Policy

Seaford Lacrosse is a private scheduling tool for the coaches and directors of Seaford Lacrosse. Accounts are created by a director. There is no public sign-up, and the app is not for parents or players.
What we store
- Your name and email address, so other coaches know who booked a practice and so you can sign in.
- Your role and team, which decide what you are allowed to see and book.
- Practices you book or cancel, and waitlist requests you join.
- Sign-in times, so a director can see whether an invited coach has started using the app.
- A notification id, if you turn on notifications, so we can send you alerts about your own team.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your information with anyone.
- We do not use advertising or third-party tracking, and there are no analytics cookies.
- We do not collect location, contacts, photos, or anything about players.
Who can see your information
Other coaches see the team name on a booking. Your directors and site administrators can see your name, email, team, sign-in times and booking activity. Nobody outside Seaford Lacrosse has access.
Where it is kept
Data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in) and, for notifications only, OneSignal. Both are used as service providers and hold the data on our behalf. Everything travels over an encrypted connection.
Deleting your account
You can delete your own account at any time from the menu (☰) in the app, under Delete my account. Your account and personal details are removed straight away. Practices your team already booked stay on the schedule so the season's field bookings remain correct, and they are no longer linked to you.
Children
The app is for adult coaches and directors only. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
